How does LexyLingo work?

You choose a book and tap any word you do not know while reading. You see its translation, example sentence, synonyms, suffixes and grammar explanation. Then you save the word to your dictionary and reinforce it with tests.

In which languages are translations shown?

Translations are shown in your native language. We support more than 20 target languages, including Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and Ukrainian.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is needed to browse books and book details. However, we recommend creating a free account to save your progress, build your dictionary and take tests.

What is the dictionary feature?

While reading, you can add unknown words to your personal dictionary with one tap. Those words are then reinforced through tests and reviews.

How do the tests work?

We offer four test types per word: writing, listening, translation and meaning. Spaced repetition helps you master words over time.
